Pixel and Dot is hiring a Full-Stack Senior Developer (C#/.NET + Xamarin/.NET MAUI) full time to work on our Partner Product – Humotion, GmbH (SmarTracks).
You’ll drive the development and maintenance of mobile and web apps, support internal tool creation, and collaborate closely with our German team.
This role offers the chance to build and lead a team in India, ensuring smooth cross-team communication.
Were looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, fluency in English, and expertise in C#/.NET, Xamarin/.NET MAUI, SQL Server, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

YOUR TASKS:
- Further develop and maintain our existing suite of mobile and web applications and business logic.
- Participate in planning next development topics from discussing feasibility to writing requirements.
- Create internal tools for the team to enhance productivity.
- Build and lead a development team in India, be the link to and communicate with our team in Germany.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- B.E./ B.Tech (or corresponding masters degree) in computer science and 5+ years of experience in the field.
- Independence, willingness to take responsibility and to lead a team, preferably with past experience.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
